At Familia Bendita, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in its original condition

  • with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at familiabenditaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • final sale items

  • gift cards

  • items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • items returned without prior contact

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at familiabenditaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
